Hi all,

I went in to shopping cart designer pro today to do some edited and
it seems that all my themes have disappeared.

All the coffee cup themes, as well as my personal themes.

I reinstalled and got this message when designer opened.

Default gallery dir cannot be st: \psf\Home\Documents\CoffeeCup Software\Shopping Cart\Themes\

Any idea what the problem is, and if my personalized themes are retrievable?
Thanks
Donna

Try doing a search for .sct on your pc.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Thanks Eric,

I'm just now seeing this. I did the search and found all the files, however, when I click on them . . . say Fresco, for instance, it says that another program has corrupted this file. All my personal themes are the same, so now what. Do I just need to uninstall and reinstall?

Thanks

Just checked back to your first post re using a MAC
So I install parallels, install windows 7. Easy and works fine. I install coffee cup vsd and open
one website and what I see is a jumble of text . . . a major mess. So now I am stuck.

are you still running as above, might help explain things ?

I'm still running windows on mac and it runs well. And coffee cup vsd is working fine with it.
I'm maintaining all my sites (six or more) and it works the best of anything else I've tried. It is
not perfect . . . things don't always align on the browser like they look in vsd, but close enough
to be acceptable.

Thanks

ps. My shopping carts are all up on my sites, and so I'm thinking I should be able to down load my themes from the websites . . . no?
