Transferring a domain name to S-Drive?

I currently have my website hosted by 1&1. Can I somehow transfer the domain to an S-Drive account?

I have a similar problem. While I am working at learning html, css and all the other mind-boggling stuff I am using VSD to build my site. I already have a domain name purchased from a UK based hosting operation. I have 3 questions:
1. Can I use the .co.uk address with S drive hosting?
2. Will I be able to have billwattersInc.co.uk as my URL?
3. Once my site is up and running with S drive can I add Firestarter effects at anytime?
