Receiving external files

I have been using Direct FTP for sometime now to upload a daily file to a client's ftp server, can I have external users upload a file to me via S-Drive and if so what information do I need to supply to the external user to allow them to do this?

I don't think this would be allowed as users would be using your account info and then would have access to your account. Why not let them email it to you?
