Made a new page and made a text link, but when I preview the pages the link does not work on the new text link, it places a # sign at the end of the address in the address bar.

So how do I get links to work once I finish the changes to layout?

There's a spot on the Properties tab that says "Href". You will see a # there currently. Dbl click on that and enter your link.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I did that and saved the project, closed the program and reopened it, the text link was there and the Href was there, but it still doesn't follow the link in the preview.

Tried it in Chrome and it does the same thing, whatever page I'm on, when I click the new text link it places the # sign behind that pages address.
