RLM does not create image path after adding image path manually and after upload to server image does show uploading and viewing live online.

But I edited it with HTML Editor the path which is not any different from what RLM generated originally it works, I wonder if this is a bug!

Your images are .PNG and your paths are set to .png.

I wonder why when add the path manually RLM no longer creates that "img" folder where svg images are stored?

Is RLM intelligent enough to assume that we will no long will need those "svg" images when image path added manually?

RLM will not build your structure for you. You should have that image folder with your own images outside the RLM project.
RLM seems to know which images you added paths for and doesn't generate the svg's.
