I am posting the link of the site www.infusedcafe.net that I built using Adobe Muse. What I would like to achieve is to be able to build a site using this layout using RLM, so that a vertical menu is fixed in the top left hand corner. To scroll down the page is easy using anchors, but I am not sure about fixing the menu element? Thanks for any help in advance . Tim

Have you tried giving it a fixed position? Left: 0 and top:0. Add a z-index to keep it above other page elements.
Keep in mind, RLM is for creating responsive layouts, so you'll want to change the menu at small and phone screen sizes otherwise it will cover up the content.
