OOPS MY BAD

I did not understand the the page could be highlighted. I thought if I was on the page the page was selected. When I correct that it works. Another ? - Can I make the sticky footer a"lens effect" ? Not sure of your familiar but that is what Corel calls a background the is partially transparent with a tint of color - like a gray

Thanks

Yes change the background-color to this
background-color: rgba(245, 245, 245, 0.4);

I changed mine to see if that's what your after.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Works great - sort of

The sticky footer does not show over the slider. I believe you recommended a fix on another problem I had by changing the order of the head section. So I tried that but no change

Hope to hear from you

Thanks

Bryon,

Your footer looks like it's working correctly. I don't understand what you mean by it's not working over the slider. Your slider is up on the page where you can't scroll it down so the footer will never get there.

When I scroll down (which is not to far because there's not a lot on your page) I see page content come out from behind your footer.

Unless I totally misread your post it looks good from here.

On my laptop it shows up as soon as I start to scroll. I don't think it's much of a problem if it's not over the slideshow when one first comes to the site, since most people would know to scroll past the slideshow to get to the content – and it appears before you're past the slideshow.
As Ernie noted, on small screens it displays right away if there's some content between the slideshow and footer.

You have an extra mobile menu button bar above your main menu ;)

OK, I wasn't on my phone I was on my laptop. I just went and looked on my phone (Galaxy S4) and it looks kind of strange on there. The 'Call us at' and the 'email us at' shows but the text below each one of those is cut in half vertically.

I just tried your mobile menu button and see that the slider gets pushed down on the top of the footer. Is that what you're talking about? Get rid of the extra nav menu holder and see if that fixes the slider being pushed down that far.

The footer being cut off I'm not to sure about but that could be a margin in RLM that needs to be adjusted. Just a guess.

Oops - I haven't gone through to set up break points yet - was experimenting with the sticky footer -

Sorry I should have said something about that.

My client wanted the sticky footer but now he wants it on top of the slider to - he is paying me well so I need to give it a try!

Thanks

I'm thinking some of the display problems can be fixed with changing the font size etc at breakpoints (for the mobile devices). As I said I hadn't gotten that far - I never have done the sticky footer and was experimenting with that

Thanks again

Byron
