Constrain image size

I really miss a manual. When I search for answers through the help screen it refers to all of your products, which doesn't help a bit. That leads to this question.

I have a graphic that looks perfect in RED. (I have reduced the size through the % option). However, when it is sent through email to outlook the graphic becomes huge. How do I constrain the size of the graphic so that it remains the same number of pixels or smaller regardless of where it is being displayed?

I am attaching the red template file.

No image was attached David. Can you post a link to the project file?

We also do have a manual. That can be accessed through the Help menu.

Dimension size base on % has nothing to do with image weight, if you need to reduce the weight of image you have to do it with image editor in your computer David.

If the image is turning out huge in Outlook, there could be two issues.
1. The image is small so it is being stretched by the html to appear larger.
However, the more common issue is:
2. The image is huge and you are trying to use RED to make the image appear smaller.

It always is important for emails (like web pages) to load quickly. Therefore, you should not use images that are larger than the largest size you want. Therefore, as Mansour stated, use a web image editor to reduce the image to the maximum size that you want it to be and use that in your email. Not only will it appear correctly, but it also lets your email download more quickly.
