But when I select a Row ... I don't see the Dimensions section. How can I get it to show?

Those settings are found in the Business version only. The Personal version does not have those settings.

Thanks Scott.
I guess that's why ... but why row padding (and margin) isn't available in Personal is anyone's guess. A simple setting like that severely restricts basic design abilities. Seems like a shrewd move to get us to upgrade. Not cool.

I guess you are using RED Basic then, and not Biz version.

In personal version you should have padding for columns.
