I used a Red Responsive e-mail with a program to spool out 5000 email. I use E-mail Marketing Director 5.0 and have done so for some years and spool it all through "Socket Labs". I have several questions.

What is the advantage of the Business version of your e-mail program over the personal?

I think I could drop "Socket Labs" and spool this with your platform but I can't find pricing per e-mail such as 5-10 K per month.

Also when I use an apostrophe and some other special characters it does not render properly with the personal version. How do I fix this problem.
