See attached images showing web font issues on Apple Mail IOS 9.1 - same mail as the one above. The correct font is from our test send. We made no changes to the font setting, but when we exported the fonts no longer render correctly.

See attached images from Outlook 2010 on Windows 7. Web fonts fail (and not consistently), and the email is not responsive at all.
In Outlook 2016 on OS X 10.11, the email is responsive but a little bit buggy. The web fonts still don't display, but at least fail back correctly and consistently... at one width. When we expand, a row of buttons do not properly collapse to one row, and the fonts fail back incorrectly. And, yes, we checked to make sure that the fail-back fonts are correct at every width.
