Option Send Email removed from Settings

Is there a reason why Send Email button is removed from the Settings in RED v2.0?
As much as I can see now the (test) email can be sent only from the main menu in the app header.

From a usability point of view, it did not make much sense to have it on the Settings dialog. You can now access that function through the main toolbar, the Action Menu or by pressing COMMAND+R or Control+R.

Yes of course, these places are fully usable, but in Settings you were in position to see to whom you are sending, which you can't see from any of these places. It was very helpful especially if you used more than one option (your test list sending only to yourself, test list sending to your Litmus account, and list of clients emails in the field below, etc.). Not so important, but because of described I practiced to send only from Settings.
