One more thing, the code minification will come to windows in the next build as well, but should not have an impact on how the email is rendered / displayed. :)

Wow, Alberto here figured something out!

In Mailchimp, if you create a template, it will give you the web font error. However, if you start by creating a campaign, then when you get to the template selection select code you own you can paste in the code, including the web font import and everything works. Go figure :o

Kudos to Berto for figuring this out and please let them know, we will as well.

Hi, I'm running into the same behavior, and it just works, by just copiing the code in a campaign.

The problem is, this is not allwoing any preview test with the integrated litmus service at mail mailchimp.

Suppose you will tell me, I have to address this to Mailchimp, or do you have another solution therefore?

Hello,
From my experience things differ within Mailchimp accounts. HTML email created in RED works perfect in some of them, while this same email has issues in other Mailchimp account. Among other issues, the main one I have and can't solve in such Mailchimp accounts, when importing and saving the template by itself, is that all images are displayed doubled in Outlook 2007 / 2010 / 2013 / 2016 for Win. When I analyzed the code of the same email, in different (OK & NOK) Mailchimp account, found out that Mailchimp, for some reason, made solid number of different changes.

Even Mailchimp support suggested that "certain Outlook Conditional Statements were being stripped from the template code because they were identified as invalid HTML, which ultimately caused those versions of Outlook to display the template in a way that wasn't ideal". Further they wrote: "This was the code being removed: <![if !mso]> and as a workaround, you can wrap these statements in HTML comments, which will turn it into valid HTML and prevent them from being removed. Like this: <!--[if !mso]-->" and as much as I saw, Mailchimp obviously does this in some accounts.

Whoever is interested, may take a look at the attached test sample pack (RED file, original HTML file created from RED, HTML files with Mailchimp code from both (OK and NOK) accounts).

I know this is not a coffecup question, but after loading my responsive email design and sending it, several emails on my list bounced. I know some are correct and the customers are wondering why they are not getting there emails. I see these email addresses being marked as cleaned and I can't find anyway of putting them back on the list. I have looked everywhere on mailchimp and I am stumped. Does anyone know how to make a cleaned email address live again so it will get the sent email?
