I have about 7 basic slides (one picture each and some changing text) and I am wanting to increase the time that the slides display before and after it animates.

Under the slideshows settings in the slides tab, when I change the value of "display slide for:" it only seems to affect the first slide when the page originally loads. It seems like the rest of the slides are stuck at about 4 seconds (default??)

All the types are named "slide" and all of the classes for each slide are named "slide-1"

Could you tell me what is the best way to increase the time that each slide is displayed?

I got it; just had to switch over to global settings for animate in and animate out...
