Descriptive text background, sizing,...

Just bought it.

I put together a slide show of 5 slides with descriptions using the default template.

The process is clumsy.

The slider that I created has all different widths for the text box and they do not align nicely as with other slide creators.

Also, the transparency called for the background of the text merely lightened the black to a grey and it is still opaque.

I am too busy for this. The application is a time liability.

No, I really have a lot of work... just discouraged. I have been looking over the css files and the html and I don't see a difference in the way the text is being handled. It all reads: <p class="caption slider-paragraph"> yet they are totally random sizes.

All the images are the same size. The HTML for each slide is all the same. It is strange that each slide description looks different.

I purchased the templates thinking all I would have to do is swap out the images and text and have something I could use on a website.

Just looking for something simple and intuitive like your stellar form builder.

The description box leans left on one, leans right on another, is one size on one slide and another width on another slide, and does not line up with the slide properly in any of the five slides. Does that make sense? I am viewing in Firefox, Google and Edge.

I am sure it is user error but i feel it should be a simpler interface.

Thank you,

Thank you, I am just having a rushed week and have already re-styled one of my own slide shows rom another project. I have to pick this back up when I have more time.

I'm just in a stressed out mode from not having enough time.

There's an app for you to build! A time creator!

Sorry if i was sounding grouchy.

Okay,

Using the "animal" template (the one with the cat.)

Went to the first slide. Changed out the image and type.

The text box is right over the face of the dog photo I uploaded.

I went to the "position" area with the text box highlighted. It only allowed me to change whether it was static, relative, fixed... okay, I see if I uncheck the boxes I can change the distances but now all of the sudden it has switched to editing the template as opposed to the slide element so the slide image is hanging left off of the screen (or maybe the size of the image changed?)

I find it very hard to use the scroll bar to the right of the control panel.

Overall I feel like I do not have control of the areas of the control panel area that I want to use.

I am using Windows 10 on an HP Envy with Intel i7 and NVIDIA GEFORCE. Would I do better using my Sony Vaio with Windows 7 Intel 7 and NVIDIA GEFORCE?

It seems like the control panel is flaking out on me.

Thank you!
