export not working?

Decided I ought to back up my lockbox data as it is getting kinda large, so clicked on file then export, then chose all and .pdf.
Little window popped up saying saving and then in lower left hand corner it said save completed or some such message.

Went and had a look in program files\cc\lockbox\ but no pw.pdf
Tried again as a .csv file still not there, tried again as a plain text file still no joy.

Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem.

Running win7 32bit

Try exporting to your Desktop and see if that works.

Also, when exporting, that file is only going to be used to import into other applications. It is not a way to backup your data. Instead you want to backup the .pwk file located at c:\Users[name]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\CoffeeCuo Lockbox.

Exports to Desktop OK, Thanks Scott for the other info, have already backed that up.
