It sounds like you have a download manager or download accelerator installed. You will need to disable that to download any of your purchases.

Thank you so much for all your help. I used my hubby's machine ,downloaded the file, put it on a disk and brought it to my machine, installed it and so far so good.
I will try some of the other programs later and maybe a different browser.
Thanks again and thanks so much for keeping your software up to date and must say I wish all software makers would follow your lead and give free updates for life.
