Where is the Visual Editor?

Hi, one my HTML editor all i have is Code Editor and Preview. is there some thing i have to do to get the visual editor to show up? i am confused as to why it is not showing up. Also i am using the Latest version

Have you enabled the Visual Editor by going to the Tools Menu > Preferences yet?
