Should the bottom portion be responsive?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

What bottom portion? I have not inserted the js at the bottom, if that is what you mean, so I don't know what that is going to be. Matt will have to answer that one, I think.

Matt, you have misunderstood something. I sent you a style sheet only to show how I make nav buttons and how to use the repeat-x. I did not mean that you should use it as is for your site. The 'styles.css' belongs to a different site, and it is destroying what 'style.css' is doing. And that means that the background image does not spread out the whole width any more.
Besides, I have rewritten the code for your site so that the top of the image with the header text does not get cut off, please check out index3.html at the same test site I have used a couple of times. You know you can right-click on the pages and see the source code.

Another thing: Wouldn't it look better if the menu were placed inside the header, more or less like in the attachment?

@Inger hello Inger! Ok i'll take down the stylesheet and move the menu to the inside, I like the way that looks. I'll take a look at the stylesheet as well and see what I can use for my site if that's ok with you? Other than that, I still haven't figured out the wowslider problem either :( . It's just the white sides on it that I wish to make transparent.

Matt, you can use whatever you find interesting in my css file, but probably not for the site we are discussing here.

What updates were you expecting in the index3 file? Remember I don't have your menu files, so I can't insert a menu for you. The image I attached with the menu across the header image, was just that - an image. And who is creating this site anyway? :P

If so, get that wowslider thingie done, if you want to use it. (Do you really want it on EVERY gaming site you create?) Check out the css file of some other site where you have used the same slideshow, maybe you'll get an idea about where to look to get rid of the white bits. I'm just making assumptions now, since I don't have Wowslider here, and you have taken down the file where you had it built in.
