Hope someone can help with this one. I have created websites with html editor and never noticed any problems until a few weeks ago. It seems when I click on the pages themselves (on the internet) to try to highlight something to copy/paste, the whole screen turns dark, like I just put on dark gray sunglasses, and of course, then I can't select anything. I also noticed that when I click on the different page links, you can see the screen temp get that dark gray shade before changing pages. If you click again, it goes away. I'm thinking I just did something really stupid in the code? I've never seen this before. Can anyone please look at the website and give a suggestion? (and yeah, I know some of the pdf files need to be replaced, so just look at the Home, Explore ones for now!) Thanks.

Web pages darkens when clicked on
It must be a local issue because it doesn't do it for me in FX 6. What browser are you using and did you try several to see if they all show the problem?
Edit. IE 9 does it!
IE 10 Preview gives me an error at line 226.
Try validating your code in the editor to fix a few problems to see if that solves the issue. ctrl + d
This is missing on line 9

I wondered if that was IE 9 causing the problem! Thanks so much for your help. I'll get that line in as well. EDIT: OK, I put the missing line in, but it doens't seem to have changed anything.
Works fine with Chrome. I should have known. My bank website won't even work with IE9. Gotta love it!
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
