When trying to save a file I get an error message saying: "Cannot create file" with my path stated.

This is when altering an old file.

I had previously had error when closing CC but had re-installed the program.

I find I can no longer use CC. I can't work on any files as a web editor, the program on my pc is at best a viewer.

I am in Windows 7 operating system.

I miss 'that' "Margaret, your strange".

Try setting the program to run as administrator.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

No I never have used projects as I keep my website files on a totally different HDD than the operating system.

I haven't been able to use CC since I got this pc and installed the new version of CC. I am quite unhappy.

I think the external hard drive might be the issue.
Is it a network drive?

I can't uninstall as admin either. The support info to workaround to uninstall is not a help either. I don't have an unwise in the roaming folder either.
