I make changes to my website in the coffeecup HTML editor, once im finished I upload it to the FTP root. The progress bar shows a successful upload but when I go and view the website, the changes have not been made. I went back and checked my FTP server setting in coffeecup and even clciked the "test settings" button at the bottom of the box where you input your FTP and server info and it says that it successfully connected to my FTP server. The only thing I was unsure about when setting up this info was the port, it is set for port 21. Any help would be great.

Have you tried connecting with an ftp program such as Direct FTP or Filezilla to make sure your files were uploaded in the right place or at all? That would be the first place to double check.

You can also switch to the tab on the left side of the HTML Editor at the top that has your server name on it. You should see a Local tab and another tab with your server name on it. That tab represents your actual server itself. Switch to that tab and see if there is anything there that shows up or if you get any errors when clicking on anything. Could be that the settings just need some adjustments to get the right upload info in the FTP area.

Also, do you have a link to the site so we can see if anything is showing up? This helps us to try to track down where things might actually be going also
