Yes, it has been tested on Windows 7 beta and runs fine. As long as Microsoft doesn't change anything big it will be fine. :)

I hope if I want this I get a discount for having the last version. I have never gotten used to using it. I go back to my old HTML editor and use it instead.

Pat, Registered Users will get this version as a free upgrade. It will auto-magically appear in your download center when it's released. ;)

And you are correct by quoting me on it Mr. Cornelius, The HTML editor is for creating web pages very easy. But what would you suggect, if you will like to keep me interested in these products and continue to use it, if a product like Aptana is currently providing what I need. I hate to bring another product up, but I just want you to use this other product as an example of what the HTML Editor can become or can do. trust me Mr. Cornelius I love the HTML Editor, it has that "feel good" feeling that keeps me using it, becuase it is so fast and yet so easy to use. I really would like at least Database support so that I can see MySQL table with out leaving the editor. I don't think that is too much to ask. don't you think?

I don't think it's too much to ask. We have lots of people using the HTML Editor to do just that. The thing is, everyone has a slightly different way of doing things so we do our best to remain flexible. Like I said, open a support topic and let us know exactly what you are trying to do and we'll happily steer you in the right direction. :D

“June 1996 (13 years goes fast on the Internet)” for sure... I am always impressed with each new offering. I have promoted CoffeeCup since ’96. I was impressed with the last HTML update, and I have no doubt that this new version will best the last. I shall give it a spin and get back to you.

Looks great - and can't wait to start using it. But some of my websites need Russian language text. This has been a problem in the past with Coffeecup. Will the new version support input of cyrillic text (and the various alternative encodings of it)?

I uninstalled my registered version of Coffee Cup HTML and installed the prerelease version. It runs and looks great but, it says I have 28 days left. I thought updates were free to registered users. Will the full version be released before my 28 days runs out? I can't find the "What is a Website Project" document. Is it only included with the final release version?

Shane.

The real underlying question is... Will Windows 7 work?

Living the dream, stocking the cream :D
