I uninstalled the html editor 2007 and installed the 2008 version and the same thing happened in table designer, the window came up with the following error message "list index out of bounds(-1), the problem is that the little window that comes up with it on can not be clicked off, when you hit the "OK" button it comes back over and over and eventually you have to pull up task manager and shut the software down or the whole machine.

Is there any way I can get html editor 2007 back? I would like to know what happened to the great backgrounds it had? I was using some of them and now they are gone.

thanks
Kathy

Can you try to explain the steps to recreate the error? Does it happen consistently when you click a certain button or choose a certain # of rows/columns? It's been mentioned only a couple of times in the last couple of years, so it's not a common problem, but I haven't read anyone describe quite how it happens or when.

It happened several different ways, I had a table built with 3 pictures in it and I was trying to shorten up the bottom and it froze that time, another time is I had a picture in a table and I clicked on the picture and it froze, all the times it happened was in table designer, it has happened ALOT

Now does anybody know how I can get the html editor 2007 back?
I was working in it and then changed versions and I really would like it back it had better backgrounds in it
