That makes no sense at all. Our software doesn't even have a delete function in the software on upload. The only way you could delete a file on the server with our software is if you used Website Projects and then clicked on the Server tab and then deleted a file. Definitely a multi-step process that you would remember doing.

It sounds like you reached a level-1 tech support person there and they just read some script.
