Preview screen slow to load.

I'm not sure where it's coming from but when I click to preview my work, IE is slow to load. I switched to preview in Chrome and again, very slow to load. If I try to exit out, the program acts like it is going to crash.

Hi Patrick,
Try disabling any scripts to narrow down the problem. That's usually what does it.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

The scripts would be on your page. Could be a java-script or Facebook script.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I subscribed to PC Helper which offers a 30 day refund if not satisfied. When I received my invoice, I discovered that what I thought was a one time fee is a six month recurring fee. There is no way I can find to contact the company except via snail-mail as no telephone number or e-mail is provided. When I tried to manage my account on-line, they claim that they have no record of my e-mail address--the one they just used to e-mail me my receipt. When I used the URL that was part of the e-mail, it takes me to a company in Canada; not Delaware. I am concerned that they are not a legitimate company.

Thanks for posting this!

I hate it when you download some software and only then you find, after installing it, that you have to pay to be able to use it. And then impossible to contact!

I just located a place on their website to send PC Helper and e-mail. I will report back when (or whether) I hear back from them.

Don't think you'll ever here from them, but good luck. I just googled for this and haven't ever used the software. I would like to know how they got the cert from Norton though. Interesting.
