I have my website designed and I am working on a 22" monitor, but when it is viewed on regular 17" everytihng is too large. Is there a way I can downsize everything without having to physically edit or redo anything I already built.

When I change the page deminsions it greys out the area no longer available, but it does not resize and make anything fit.
