Hi, complete newbie here, so I apologies in advance for my lack of knowledge.
If I make a banner in the form of an image for across the top of a webpage, is there a way that I can make it a variable size to adapt to whichever device it is being viewed on? E.g laptop, phone, desktop.. At the moment I only understand how to write in a specific pixel size.
E.g width="700" height="200"
Thanks.
making a banner/image a variable size
Should be a easy as.
width:100%;
A link to the page would be better so we can give you a more specific answer.

Oops. That was a fast learning curve
thank you... I can't link to the page as it's not live. I have a temporary VSD site live whilst I learn html and responsive layout designer after that.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
