Simple question, dangest time figuring it out!

I have selected one of the themes- HTML5 Layouts, Two Column Fluid. It's uploaded to my test site
My settings are correct- I see it on my test site.

Okay, I am in the HTML editor, I went in and changed my title name, some info and then I hit the save button. It all reverts back to the original theme information. How do I save my changes?

I selected a theme, made changes and the theme accepted the changes. Are the steps different in saving for layouts verses the themes?

I know simple, but I banging my head over here......

Your guidance is greatly appreciated.

Just out of curiosity, did you save the actual theme itself as is or did you do a save as to create the new site?

Jo Ann, When I return to the office will try the "save as".

Start a new project then do the save as to that project.
