No worries nothing to be ashamed up. If you go to the top menu you'll see Support listed there. Mouse over that button and in the drop down menu choose Your Support Room. Once there on the right hand menu you'll see some links. Choose Open a New Topic. That will allow you to send a message to the developers of the software to get assistance from them. Good luck on it and hollar if you need more help and do come back and let us know what they told you so any future users will be able to see what they said and fix it too.
