VSD has been my hero for quite some time.
Now I want to try the HTML editor. I have purchased some responsive themes to try my hand at this.
When I start a new project and select an older non-responsive theme it automatically creates an index.html, contact.html, etc. I sort of get that and go in and change things.

But, if I start a new project and select a responsive theme all it creates is a .cct and .wisp file.
The latest pdf help file I have is for version 12.5. The program is version 12.8. I can't find any newer pdf help files and the one I have doesn't really help with the responsive themes.

You need to install the theme first. That is what the CCT file is. Once you install the theme, you can create a new website based on that theme.

I see my problem now. When I went to File, New From Theme Layout..., and the pop-up box came up I needed to go to "My Themes". I was selecting from "Themes".

When selected from "My Themes" I got the index and other pages.
