Excellent idea, Jo Ann. Especially as I sometimes will create a quick little text related tag to achieve a short-term objective, then I can't remember why I named it something like text-f.

My CSS files can get rather long - I put comments at the head of tags or small groups of tags.
I've configured HTML Editor to render comments in bold with a bright yellow highlight - they stand out strongly on the page and it makes scrolling down CSS & HTML files much easier.
