HTML uploads all dependent files by...

I've noticed recently when I use F4 (Upload Selected Files with FTP), HTML Editor now uploads the selected file plus all dependencies. This seems to be a change in behavior from previous versions, where only the selected file itself was uploaded. While it's safer (avoids user error of not uploading all modified files), it's also taking a lot longer to upload pages with lots of dependencies. Was this an intentional change in behavior? If so, I suggest:
1. give a setting option to control this behavior (If it's there, I can't find it)
2. implement logic to compare timestamps of local versions of dependent files with server versions and only upload files that need to be refreshed.

Go to
"My Websites"
"Website Project Settings..."
Click the "File Upload" tab.
Select "Never upload dependent files"
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Thanks for the quick reply, Eric. Sorry I missed that setting.

BTW, there's a typo in your signature quotes. In "It's easy to overlook...", 'your' should be 'you're'. Thanks again for your reply.
