I found how to turn off the top link tooltip popups in the editor, the toolbar area.
What I am looking for is how to disable the sidebar (characters, snippets, etc) and left box area tooltip popups (local disk, server) I need to disable the popup box MY WEBSITES when I hover over any folder in that box...
it is blocking the names of my folders as I move through the folders.

Possible?

I'm going to assume you have an older version as some of that has been already fixed in the current one. Update your version in your downloads area and you should be most of the way there

OOO how clever! I was running version 12 build 375.
I downloaded the latest version on Dec 16th, but never actually installed it.
Must have had a distraction back then that caused me to walk away from my download folder and never to return...until Today. Thank You Jo Ann

...And now that I'm looking, I see I also downloaded version 12.5, 12.6 build 448, 12.7 build 454 but never installed them either. Oh my, its like I have an archive of old coffee cup software on my hard drive, many versions of many programs.
