HTML Editor, HTML5 and Code Cleaner

I have created HTML 5 files. When I use Code Cleaner it reverts to 4.01 Transitional :(. I have searched the help and forums with no avail. One option was to use Document/Validate HTML, I do and I have to run it twice (first time I get a 502). The Document/Validate CSS runs but hangs up never returning results.

I checked preferences and cannot find anything to set the validation to HTML 5. I am able to run the validation for html and css through Firefox. It would be more productive if I can check it through HTML Editor.

What are your settings for the code cleaner? My settings are what you see in the attachment, and I have no problems with the doctype.

OK, that shouldn't make any difference. I think you have to open a support ticket to have CC support look into it. This forum is just for users helping users.
