HTML 2010 - Temp File Issue?

Attempting is insert image using HTML 2010 and getting the following message - Cannot create file C:\Program Files\CoffeeCupSoftware\temp\~quick.html.

Win7 Professional.

Any thoughts?

I am running as an admin equivilant.

I should try this as admin.

I have win7 Pro and have no problems like this, but I run as admin so CC can make changes to the hard drive.
