Hi there, its been a long time since ive used coffeecups programs. I use allwebco templates - never had issues in the past. always used FTP to upload everything online. I transfered all of the files over to the website - pics template etc etc. Here is what is showing up: www.countywideextinguisher.com
This is the template that I am using:
http://allwebcodesign.com/templates/coolC18/index.html
As you can see - nothing is showing up correctly. Im assuming that its all in FTP because my preview in the HTML editor all shows up correctly. When i entered in my server info, password etc everything connects properly when i test it so I know thats not the issue. maybe im uploading to an incorrect folder? not sure. any help is appreciated!!

from what I can see on your new site, the images are not showing up. The directory says that they should be in a folder called "picts". make sure the picts folder exists and that the images, with the proper names are loaded into that folder.
The path to the main picture (big one, top left) is this:
http://www.countywideextinguisher.com/picts/home.jpg
But when I go to that in my browser window, there is no home.jpg image. It will not show up on your web page because it is not where the page says it is. Hope that makes sense. Double check where you uploaded your images.

Ok - i took a ss of what im working with. it seem to keep shutting down every time i try to open a folder other wise i would show more detail. anyways, all of my images are in the picts folder. (btw - sorry for the messiness - im trying to work on this while the office phone is ringing off the hook etc so bare with me! :)
So here is what i have currently:
http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a77/Sc … up2bmp.jpg <--Server transfer successful with HTML Editor and remote directory

http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a77/Sc … feecup.jpg <-- my current pages that im working with in direct ftp and html editor. I feel so green i havent worked on this in years. i dont remember having many issues in the past but maybe ive just gotten that rusty. thanks again - all help is very appreciated!:D

i have a feeling or at least i hope that this is some small quarky issue that im overlooking <crosses fingers>

** Ok i think it may be an issue with my remote directory. my web host gave me /www/countywideextinguisher/ - when i add this into the More options section it gives me error #9 access denied. without it it goes through fine. could this be the issue? that its not really transferring everything that i think it is?

Well, something is working. I just went to the site and the pictures are now showing up fine. You must have gotten the setting right at some point.
Also, your image on the home page has now been uploaded to the proper folder, as can be seen here:
http://www.countywideextinguisher.com/picts/home.jpg
Earlier that location was not showing any image. I still think it was just a matter of uploading the images to the proper location so that the web page coding could display them. Whatever you did worked.

So I guess some settings were not complete in direct ftp. I really can't see any reason why it would not work for you. You may want to start a support ticket with CoffeeCup and they cal look into this further for you.
