Can't Save Files on HTML 2010 SE

After upgraded to HTML 2010 SE, any file I open it indicates "unsaved". If I try to save it won't do it, even a new file I just created. I tried to run the program as "Run as administrator" but it didn't help. I re-install the program but it didn't help either. I'm using Windows 7 and it works fine before upgrading. Any help?
Thanks

If your file has some hidden characters in it, the software will convert those and this is why you will see it listed as "unsaved" even if no changes were made. As to the saving issue, do you get any error messages?

I would probably also suggest opening a support ticket and send us one of your files you are having problems with and we can see if there is anything going on with the markup.

I am the administrator on my computer. When I try to save a file (PDF or image) from outside CoffeeCup HTML Editor 2010 to the Working file, it tells me "access denied." How can I get a PDF into the Working file?

Thanks,

Judy

Just because you are an Administrator there are many locations you cannot directly write to. It sounds like your project maybe in the C:\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\Projects folder. If that is the case, that is why you get that error. Instead, try moving your project to your Documents folder and you should not have any further issues.
