Have been changing image file names on page after page of my site for seo puposes. Using HTML Editor 12.7 and File Zilla. I first change the file name/s on the server then I match the file name/s in Editor for the page and images I am working on. Next I save the changes and upload the page to the server and to the right folder. Then check my work by launching a browser going to that page.

Successful on many pages except this one, images are not loading on this page. Using Firefox, I go to view page source and see that the browser is still looking for the old image file names. My thought is there is a cookie or page stored in a temp folder or cache somewhere on my computer and the browser grabs that instead of going to the server. ????

CTRL+F5 will refresh the page. That will let you know if it is a cache problem.

Sounds to me like a cookie problem, like Gunsmoke said.. you can remove your old cookies through browser, and the page should refresh. I had problems with this when I first started editing, it has something to do with saving with the same filename each time, thats why I use image-1 or image-2... even if it's the same image, just to get it to show up sooner.. good luck with this!
