can I add a snippet to a toolbar?

I want to add a couple of snippets I use a lot to the toolbar at the top of the editing page. Can I do this?

No you can't but if you click on file then "Save Selected Text as Snippet", you can save it to your snippet folder.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
