Agreed Gunsmoke, but I don't think Nikon is realizing that as of yet :)

I think he's looking for the responsive features even though VSD isn't. Once the new site builder is out it'll be a different story for those of us that don't want to code! I'm liking it though! Still experimenting with using image backgrounds. Kinda nice to have something to mess with again!! :D

Can't wait for that site builder!

All I have is the email right now. They are still working on everything that will be in the 'Responsive Program'.

24/7 access to all upcoming Responsive Apps (R Button Maker, R Site Designer, R WP Themer, R Albums, everything to Responsify the Web...).

Keep tuned for more info as it becomes available!

Even without being responsive the Menu Builder is really cool! Check out the menu in my sig, just remember I'm still tweaking it!

I tried it out, the combination of the Menu Builder and VSD like Scott described it, and yes, it works; and no, it is NOT RESPONSIVE! (it cannot be within VSD). So once again, what is the use of it in combination with VSD? To be able to have CSS menus inside VSD? I think it is far easier to make a menu with the tools given by VSD itself, be it a menu with text-based links or with button-based links. If you do it with the Menu Builder, you'll have to design a website in VSD without a menu, save it and then link all individual HTML pages in the Menu Builder. What a job! The complete procedure is error-prone. And the beauty of VSD is A: it's ease of use and B: the speed with which you can design a good-looking site.

But I did buy a 3-months subscription plan because I believe the future is to responsive design for most websites, and I'm curious what other responsive Coffeecup software will come in the near future (except for the HTML Editor of course, which with you can make responsive websites for many years already...). And as I believe VSD will never be responsive, I'll have to switch sometimes...

When tweaking, I'm sure you have seen that the menu buttons get larger when you minimize the viewport. Maybe you should let them stay the same size throughout, or if anything, make them smaller.

Right on! I just went through the settings kinda quick to see what it would look like. Looks awful when you change the screen size. Looks like I missed quite a few settings there. I was kinda thinkin' that VSD being non-responsive would allow everything to stay the same, but it doesn't. Must be because of the CSS styling. One day soon I think I'm going to be dragged kicking and screaming into learning code. Hmmm, working on a new menu now!
