I couldnt seem to do it with the program that created the file. Sorry if I missed something obvious or on a post already.

The vnu files are created by Visual Site Designer.

Open your VSD program, and select "Open Website" and then navigate to the location of the .vnu file and open it.

ty for your help. So I opened it, tried to upload it to my website. It says i need to get info from my ISP. But the info asked for FTP server, username, Password, WWW file sounds more like what I need to ask my hosting provider. Should I ask Charter Communications (ISP), or GoDaddy (hosting provider)?

If you have your website hosted by GoDaddy, you need the access details from them. Surely you must have got them if you have a website already?

The VNU file is not necessarily what you upload, though. But you can of course do that in order to have it somewhere safe.

Just use the upload feature in the software. It will do everything for you automatically. The vnu file is only used internally by our software.
