What does the asterisk in the top blue title bar mean when working on a web page in VSD ?
When I click save, it goes away. If I close the page but go back to it, the asterisk appears again. As far as I can tell the page is working correctly i the browser.

It means something has changed so you need to save your work, though in VSD I've noticed it pops up a lot even when I haven't changed something. Often I'll save my work, publish the site, then when I exit the program it prompts me to save again. It's not really a problem unless being asked to save an extra time annoys you.
