Website Looks Great In Preview But...

Hello - I have been using the CoffeeCup software for a couple of years now and recently my laptop died. After reloading all the software and the website files I have run into a major problem with publishing the website:

www.swmi-decolores.org

To be honest it looks like crap. However - when I preview it on IE 9, Chrome, and Firefox I have no issues (please see the attachments for the screenshots).

My buttons, menus and forms all work perfectly, but my images and boxes either appear or are replaced with a box and a small icon in the top left corner. Meanwhile - my rainbow background doesn't appear at all.

I am hoping there is a real easy fix to just publish what I am seeing in the preview.

Thoughts, comments?

P.S. I have the RSD and will be converting to that in the near future - but in the mean time any assistance would be appreciated

It sounds like your files have gone out of sync. Here is what I would like you to do.

1. Go to the Publish Menu and select FTP Account Settings and select your FTP Account.

2. Verify that all information is correct and the Remote Folder path is not empty. Typically you would enter in a / , /public_html or /www here but you need to confirm with your hosting provider what the correct path is. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THIS PATH IS CORRECT.

3. Go to the Publish Menu and select Choose a Publishing Destination and select your FTP Account and then click Save.

4. Finally, go to the Publish Menu and select Re-Sync Website.

With any luck, everything should be back to normal.
