Webpage not centering

Hi,

I have all my pages set to center design which was working fine until this week I replaced one of the 160x600 ads on the left hand side with a 200x600 web-form (with a html script from another source, not coffeecup form builder) it was positioned in exactly the same left hand position as the ad i.e no further to the left and I didn't have to move anything else to fit it in.

When I uploaded the updated site, the page with the webform on was now appearing not centered but to the right of the screen.

I've reverted back to my previous save, but you can at least see the positioning of the ads on here.

Any ideas why it's doing this?

Thanks,

Matt

I don't see a form on that page.;) That page is also centered.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

That's because I reverted back to the non-form version, I just put the link there so you could get an idea where I put the form (In place of the side ad, starting from the same left hand position)

Yeah I understand, sorry about that, I just can't afford to leave a faulty homepage up for a day. Is there any reason why adding a form would cause the page to no longer be centred?

Put the page up as an extra page on your server temporarily so that it can be viewed. Just name it test_page or something and give a link to it. That would be the best way for people to help you :)

Thanks Jo Ann, why did I not think of that :D

So Here's the original page:

http://footballmanagermad.com/

And the test page, the only difference being the addition of a webform:

http://footballmanagermad.com/test_page.html

Any help appreciated as to why test_page is not centering.

Thanks,

Matt

The form is inside a div with an id named "container". VSD already uses that id as it's main content area on center designs so change that and you should be good to go.:)

Thanks for that Eric :)

Sorry for the newb question, but can I change it to anything?

Also will this affect the form in any way? I noticed there are also "field1-container" etc id's too, do I need to change all that have "container" in?

Appreciate your help,

Matt

More then likely you'll need to change all of those also. Make it easy on yourself and make them all container2
