Ok, I finally got my page to show up on my host's site. I think I was making it too complicated and trying to upload the image files and the .vnu pages. Somehow it wasn't meshing. I redid some pages which were lost from before... and have uploaded them to earthlink. NOW, I am embarrassed to say I forgot how to get the first page to show when you first type in the URL. I tried renaming it "index" , I tried not renaming it. It still shows up as a listing - I know there is a really easy answer but I don't know it... nor does it say on Earthlink's site. Any ideas?

Tammy,

I think VSD creates the four different files that may be required by your ISP server. You should have default.htm, default.html, index.htm, and index.html.

You say you have tried index, but did you try index.html? if so, try default.html.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
