I do not have this problem on my other website created using VSD, & XP. All of my bullets and dashes are aligning where I want them to. And everything looks great across many, many platforms--maybe all.
Are your other sites using the "Trebuchet MS" font as well. It may be that they are using a font or fonts which work better across browsers.

Actually, they are exactly where you placed them, but the font sizes and line-heights are different. This is what's causing things to go out of alignment.

HOWEVER, it looks ok on a pc in firefox. The problem seems to be using a MAC & Safari.
I'm also seeing the problem with Safari 3 for Windows.
So basically, I would look into seeing what fonts you used before with success, and then use those fonts in this site as well. If it turns out being the same font, then I'm stumped.
