And as far as creating the standards... None of the browsers have been in strict adherence, but some have been FAR better than others. W3C sets the standards, and we as users SHOULD expect ANY browser that we fire up, to display a page, just the same as any other browser (that's why they're called STANDARDS after all)...

You still didn't indicate which version of IE you are trying to "synch" with Seamonkey.
