Sigh. I admit defeat. Heh. The reason I got so caffeinated over this is I picked two test machines at work with the belief there's no way they would have such an (I thought) obscure font. Guess what I found this morning, on both of them? Color me "amazed."

I tried it with a Linux machine and, of course, no font.

At least I'm into the code enough now that I was able to ascertain something wasn't tracking, hence my confusion over where the font data could have come from. Live and learn.

I have the font on my Vista laptop, but I don't know if it came with it, or if it was part of the MS Office installation.

How do I get to advanced text options?

Select the text object and then click object toolbar icon. There you will see the option.
