I can't figure this out. I simply made a new website--no template, no other settings touched, only one page-- just so I can quickly test some design ideas.

The only thing on my page is an html box that has 5 words that link that I've made using CC website fonts. The website fonts look perfect when uploaded.

Except, I am placing my html box in the top right corner of my page. Upon upload, it appears on my website about an inch lower than it should.

On my real website, when I place anything, including html boxes, things appear exactly where I want them. I have many html boxes, too.

This worries me because I want to build another site but I need to know how to avoid this. Is there some setting I've forgotten since my original website went up a year ago?
Anybody know?
pc, xp, vsd 5.9.4, website fonts

thanks

Can you please open a support ticket and send us all source files for both sites so we can do a bit of comparison?

Also, you are using version 5.94 which has been replaced by 6.0 so our first instructions will be to tell you to upgrade as we no longer are supporting that version.

Hi Scott,
Which would be the source files? I don't want to send the wrong files.

Also, I am planning to upgrade to 6, but I've been watching the comments and I was going to wait until the next build later this month when the link issue should be cleared up. I am terrified to upgrade and lose links. Plus, my site has gotten so much more complex...well...I'm scared :) but I'll certainly do it soon!

What we need is the .vnu file and the corresponding _website folder. It's very important to preserve the structure of the files used in Visual Site Designer, so be sure not to change anything before you send it to us.

For information on how to create a ZIP file, please take a look at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306531

Version 6.0 automatically makes a backup of your existing Website, so that if you choose to go back to a prior version you will have no issues.
